Fresh blooms and warm coffee 🌸☕️ Join us as we decorate a set of 5 spring-inspired café themed cookie designs at Broadway Coffee Co. in Saratoga Springs, NY on Thursday, 4/23 at 6pm.

This workshop will teach you how to decorate 5 different sugar cookie designs, step by step, using royal icing. You will learn how to outline and flood cookies with icing, use “wet-on-wet” techniques, create sectional dimension and much more! Each participant will receive 5 freshly baked vanilla sugar cookies and everything needed to decorate like a pro, as well as a box to take their work home in.

*Each attendee must purchase a ticket as this is an in-person event and seating is limited. Tickets are non-refundable, but can be transferred to a friend if you are unable to attend.

*Class duration is approximately 1.5-2 hours.

*I reserve the right to cancel the class due to lack of enrollment or illness. If the class is cancelled, a full refund will be provided.

*NOTE: These classes are generally geared towards ages 18+ as the designs and instructions can be complex for younger children. If you are purchasing a ticket for a child, please leave me a note at Checkout so I can organize seating accordingly.
