Back to School (Child & Adult) Cookie Class - 8/26 at the Pretty Paw Lounge in Rotterdam, NY
Get ready for the sweetest school year yet! 🍎📚 Join us as we decorate a set of 6 school-themed cookie designs at the Pretty Paw Lounge in Rotterdam, NY on Tuesday 8/26 at 5pm. This is a “mommy & me” style class meant for one child and one adult to create sweet memories together! A portion of each ticket will go directly to the lounge cats, continued rescue efforts and needed vet/medical expenses provided at the cat café.
Cost of admission includes a 1 hour cat visit the day of the event (typically costs $20 per hour, per person)
Additional drink and snack items will be available for purchase
This workshop will teach you how to decorate 6 different sugar cookie designs, step by step, using royal icing. The class is designed for children to decorate using simple shapes and colors. Each ticket includes 2 SEATS: one child + one adult, and is recommended for children ages 5-9. Parents are expected to supervise and assist the child throughout the class to make for a fun, bonding experience. Each adult & child pair will receive 6 freshly baked vanilla sugar cookies (notepaper cookie will already be decorated so your child can add final details) and everything needed to decorate like a pro, as well as a box to take their work home in.
*Please be advised that there are no public restrooms available at this venue
*Each adult + child pair must purchase a ticket as this is an in-person event and seating is limited. Tickets are non-refundable, but can be transferred to a friend if you are unable to attend. If you wish to bring a second child, a second kit will need to be purchased at $45 (please email me for this).
*Class time should average to one hour, but may be shorter/longer depending on class size and speed.
*I reserve the right to cancel the class due to lack of enrollment or illness. If the class is cancelled, a full refund will be provided.
